Advancing automation in secure employee onboarding

We are further automating our secure onboarding process for new employees. The current workflow already handles around 80% of data collection automatically, with employees submitting most required details directly through our secure platform, making employment contract preparation highly efficient.

To enhance this process, we will now automate the remaining steps for special cases, such as employees with residence permits or those working in the Netherlands but coming from other countries within Europe. Previously, these additional details were requested manually by email. With our upcoming upgrade, all data and documents for these specific situations will also be securely collected and processed directly within the platform, eliminating manual steps and improving compliance, security, and speed throughout the onboarding experience.
